With ever advancing and rapidly changing technologies becoming more easily accessible to families and our pupils, it is essential that children are taught how to use these responsibly.
As teachers and parents we are responsible for the safety of our children as they use the internet for many different activities both in and out of school.
At Trinity all pupils are taught about how to stay safe in our ever developing world of technology. Our children learn about online dangers, the importance of logins and secure passwords to protect personal information and in KS2 about social networking skills. We are dedicated at Trinity in preparing our children for the risks involved when using technology, by giving them strategies to use should they be faced with inappropriate material online, within school or at home. We work in partnership with the NSPCC across all Key Stages to deliver information to our pupils, about staying safe online.
